saw this documentary on Amazon prime, it was separated into two parts each 50 minutes totaling one hour and 40 minutes.

The specific scene I remember being cut were ones that were less favorable to anno and he came off as quite callous but they were my favorite parts. The part where anno is meticulously moving the miniatures of the town in a way that an actual city planner would and being quite OCD about it. Also when he goes out to eat with his coworkers there is a part where anno is sort of in his own little world. And his coworkers either to have him be included or to patronize him, bring up his special interest in telephone poles.
